High Juice Drainage Shells - Improving the Bagasse Extraction and Drying Process – Machined on CNC Machines.

Nozzles in maximum and safe quantity, defined based on the dimensions of the dough and its grooves, which increases the extraction and drying of the bagasse.

The nozzles are machined with a conical hole (inlet with a smaller hole and outlet with a larger hole) to facilitate the exit of the broth. These nozzles are mounted in the radial holes of the cold-formed shell, with interference, thus maintaining greater adherence and rigidity to the assembly.
