Extraction systems

The Extraction Systems have crushing capacities ranging from 200 TCH to 1600 TCH. The different configurations of the sets – 4, 5, or 6 mills – allow for various extraction rates, which can reach up to 97.5% with 6 mills, depending on the characteristics of the sugarcane. Our mills currently have the lowest maintenance cost per ton of sugarcane processed in Brazil.
