The drag separator is a device that makes it possible to recover dragged sucrose particles from the gas stream of the operating process.

The return of this recovered material to the process provides direct and indirect gains.

Calculated based on process parameters such as: concentration, flow rate, speed and particle size distribution, designed in stages for an efficiency of 99.6%.

The external vertical drag separator is recommended for steam pipe installations in the vertical position.
